Nathan Palanker, DDS MS

Dr. Nathan Palanker is a Board-certified Periodontist specializing in the treatment of periodontal diseases and dental implants.

Dr. Palanker was born in Russia but spent most of his life in the Bay Area. He served three years in the Israeli military before attaining a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of California, Berkeley. After two successful years working in the biotechnology industry, Dr. Palanker attended the University of California, San Francisco where he obtained his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Following graduation, Dr. Palanker moved to Houston, Texas, where he completed his Periodontics residency and obtained a Masters of Science at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

Dr. Palanker holds licenses in both the state of California and Texas and is proficient in English, Hebrew, and Russian. He is active in animal rescue and often fosters dogs and cats in need of a home. He loves animals, traveling, and being outdoors while not spending time bringing high quality patient-driven care and comfort to the Bay Area.
